Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao: Holland Village

This was actually taken about 1 month ago. 4 of us went to La Mian Xiao Long Bao to have dinner. Here's what we ordered.

I have ordered this before, but the friend of ours said we should. It's nice and I tell super potently spicy! It's Wantons in spicy chilli oil.



I will never get sick of eating this. Deep fried Eel. Yummmmmmeeeee.



Another of my favourites. I think you might seen this countless times. Long Beans and minced meat.



This is white pork and its absolutely yummy!



What's coming to a Xiao Long Bao shop without eating Xiao Long Bao? Here goes...



This is red bean pancake. We ordered this for dessert. Just look at the red bean oozing out!

Din Tai Fung at Raffles City Shopping Centre

Din Tai Fung is a famous Taiwan chain that has branches all over the world. Sis and I like this place because of the freshly made Xiao Long Baos.

This branch we visited was in Raffles City Shopping Centre. Our friend visited from overseas and we brought them here for lunch.

We like this starter. It always makes you want to have more. Its savoury and taste just so yummy.



This is prawn. It has been wrapped with tofu skins. It is crispy outside and the prawns inside is fresh.



The Xiao Long Bao. The big steamer if you order has 10 of them.



This is the Siu Mai. Cute huh. The prawns are on top.



This is beef stripe noodles. Tempted? haha...



Four of us shared all those stuff. Had a good time chatting and catching up as well.

Raffles Hotel Wedding Luncheon (Part 2)

For those who chose fish, this is the Pan Seared Sea Bass Fillet, Vintage Vinegar.
I took my neighbour's dish. haha...



The desserts were Beer Sorbet with Vanilla - Marinated Strawberries Own Juice & Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I split the photo into 2 portions.





Mignardises. Yummy yummy chocolates.
Since not everyone took them, I had a taste of every kind there!
(I took some from neighbouring tables too! - I was walking around for official duties. hehe...)
