干煸四季豆...my favorite...
do they boil/steam the beans first? then fry on high heat in the wok...that's why it looks wrinkled!
i think it is 'pao you' first. then set aside and added in again after the mince meat is done.
i love nibbling them with a pair of chopsticks. i think of it, i salivate. haha...
