Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao - Cold Noodles, Cold Chicken, Century Eggs & Cucumbers
I can't remember the exact name of the dish as printed in the menu, but it consists of the above plus lots and lots of chilli oil!
This is a cold dish, everything in it is cold. Cold Chicken is especially delicious! The cucumber salad goes superbly well with the century eggs and chicken.
