Ikea Restaurant @ Alexandra

I think only in Singapore that people go to Ikea not for furniture shopping but for food! Do you belong to this category of people? :-)

Anyway, a colleague wanted to buy an ironing board to replace the one at home that broke into 2! Err.. How did it happen? Their part time helper broke it, that's what they say. haha...

Anyway, a few of us got Daily Specials, which is Nasi Goreng. It changes daily. You can view their website to know what's the Daily Meal for that day you are visiting.

There are also those, who only eat meatballs.

What is this? Hey, it's actually mock meat! It looks so real ya?
Colleague said it taste quite nice.

More than half of us are Ikea members, so we get free drinks!

Hope you had a productive Saturday. I am one of those who laze and sleep till about noon on Saturdays! :-)

Oh wow, thanks. I didn't even know they showed their menu on their website. I was planning to go tomorrow but maybe Tuesday now instead, for their mee rebus. Hehe.

Hello! I'm a girl living in The Hague, the Netherlands.
I just LOVE their little meat balls with berry sauce and cream sauce.
I travel for one hour, just to eat this dish at Ikea... am I mad?
