The Fusion Bowl

It was a cold day and a colleague said, i want to have "qing" soup today. Whenever she says that, its means we are going to have macaroni for lunch. So off we are go to downstairs to pack this. Pack because there are very few tables to sit at this place and its crowded that we just pack it upstairs to the pantry to eat.

Its a very light, yet flavourful soup. No signs of MSG. It has carrots, mushrooms and chicken mince with macaroni. It goes best with their little red cut chilli.

I believe you. No MSG yet light and flavorful. This is one of my safest no-fail dish. I make mine with celery + carrots + chicken(carcass if available) as the soup base. It is so yummy. How come cold leh?

I was freezing cold last few days at frosting temperature and I have no chicken macaroni soup!!! :(
