This was lunch last Saturday afternoon with some friends at Amoy Street Food Centre.
Wondering what to eat, we saw this plate of noodles on a friend's table. Looked really tempting ya?
So I decided to have this noodle. I went to look for the stall and realise that Momo was also queuing for food from this stall.
So my order was added to Momo's order and here's what we had.
Momo had the pork ribs noodles.
I had the char siu noodles. The fried wantons (very nice) are standard in all the orders. You choose the other meat, char siu, pork rib, or whatever you fancy.
Oh ya, the wanton soup is also standard. Quite delicious. There's quite a lot of wantons inside too!
You got to have patience when you order food from this stall. There's always a queue. (even on a Saturday afternoon). It's a one-woman operation. One auntie handles everything.
