3 Monkeys Cafe @ Holland Village

Last week, colleagues and I went to Holland Village for lunch because someone needed to do some banking transactions. At the row of shops facing the Holland Road junction, the most number of banks are represented here!

So we thought we will just eat at the same row. We saw this 3 Monkeys Cafe and decided to try it. The last time we were here, it was Hog's Breathe. I wonder what happened to it. Hmm...

When we were seated, we were served peanuts! hehe...
Two bowls, one empty for the shells.

So what did we eat? Flipping through the menu, I decided to try the Mighty Joe's Burger. It has everything. I was feeling gluttony.

This is how it looks after I had a few bites. Pardon my ugly teeth marks. LOL.
2 slices of cheese, 2 patties, 2 pieces of bacon too.
(on the way back to office, we realise that it must have been beef bacon because when we left we thought we saw no pork, no lard.)

Dpuk had the Indonesian Nasi Goreng. Looks not too bad to me.

Old Cat had the laksa something, but the photo turned out ugly, so it's not being posted here. :-)

JSFR had I think was a club sandwich. I think it was bacon with something on toasted focaccia.

'Almond Jelly' had Sweet and Sour Fish. She said it's better than the average sweet and sour Zhi Char that you get outside. We dipped the fries from the above into her sweet and sour sauce and it tasted really nice. ;-)

Not bad a discovery. Oh, one of the reasons we came here was the big sign outside indicating UOB card members get 1 for 1. One card is entitled to one 1 for 1. All of us had UOB card, so we used it for three 1 for 1 ;-)

Hi keropokman. Is this a halal joint? My friend went there like 2 years ago and they served liquor. Thinking of watching the Kumar show there, actually.
