Today, we shall continue with:
Hokkien Style Fish Maw Soup. It's basically so so starchy, err. nuff said.
Sweet and Sour Squirrel Fish. The fish could have tasted fresher. (that's the comment from everyone on the table) haha...
Broccoli with Shitake Mushroom.
Baked Rock Salt Chicken. It comes with minced ginger and chilli sauce.
Here's how it ended up on my plate.

The rock salt baked chicken looks yummy. The sweet and sour squirrel fish looks good too. The soup, not too much.
