Here's some more, for Christmas we saw the western style leg of ham. In Chinatown for Chinese New Year, there's this Eastern Leg of Ham.
This is the vendor cutting that huge leg into smaller chunks.
Soup that's cooked with a very tiny bit of the ham taste very very good!
