Gunther's @ Purvis St

Attended the Food Blogger's Annual Lunch last Saturday with Momo. It was nice to meet more food bloggers in person. The organisers had arranged a special meal for us at Gunther's, which serves French Modern Cuisine. (thanks LIC and hautestuff)

Gunther's at Purvis St

You speak French? For me, I have almost totally returned it to Monsieur Jerome who was my Professeur de français at Alliance Française de Singapour many years ago. Sigh....

Anyway... here's the food we ate.....

Pain.

Bread

Tomate japonaise

Japanese Tomato

Cold Angel-hair pasta with Oscietra Caviar

Poached white asparagus, Bouchot mussels.

Evan,
No lah. You just have a bit more perfectionist. Maybe a few days later, you might blog about it too :-)

Nic, LIC,
Haha.. wanna go for French Language class? I thought of blogging it in French, but I gave up. Can't remember anymore. LOL...

It looks so chic n so "sanitized". Here it's called nouveau cuisine n we always make a joke abt it being a meal for the dieters - haha.

Was also tickled pink that a typical German name is used for a french restaurant ;-p
