Lao Beijing: Sea Cucumber

Sea Cucumber is loved by most people, but for me, errr. 1 piece is enough :-)

Sea Cucumber - $18

Do you like wiggly sea plants like this? Haha... I know my grandparents, parents, or most people love this dish, especially important dish during Chinese New Year.

I like them too. But it's depends on how well the sea cucumbers are cooked. Those I like are the ones that are soft and "almost can melt in the mouth"....there are some (maybe use cheap sea cucumber or did not soak long enough) which are tough and "spring-ey"...and I don't like.

GOsh! Dunno how I missed the prices you stated above the pictures. My eyes just zoomed in on the pictures to feast. You take great sumptuous pictures that's why!
