Toa Payoh Lucky Pisang Raja: Pisang Goreng

Pisang Goreng (Banana Fritters) are very popular in South East Asia. Many of us grew up eating this yummy yummy stuff.

My colleague bought us this Pisang Goreng from Toa Payoh's Lucky Pisang Raja. It is suppose to be quite famous and he had to queue for us:-)

It is in fact quite delicious. Crispy outside and moist inside. Yum...

Colleague had to wait till 12 noon exactly, before it opens. You know there are many stalls in Singapore that are so so so straight to the dot and do not budge in their opening time. haha.

Here's how it looks.

Wondering where to find it?

I like the ones at Tiong Bahru Hawker Center. They have deep fried jackfruit too.

Anyone knows where to find the 3-in-1 fried nian gao. I know old airport rd got one stall named 吃爽爽. The 3-in-1 means that the nian gao is sandwiched with a slice of sweet potato and a slice of yam. The fried durian is nice too.
