Sushi Tei @ Holland Village - Celebrating Colleague's Birthday

It was colleague's birthday, remember the cake post, this is what we ate for lunch. We went to Sushi Tei at Holland Village.

Colleagues and I, remember we love to eat. Visiting a place like this, you can guess what happens! Enjoy!

We have posted this restaurant's food photos a few times, this is the shop front, if you wonder how it looks. Sushi Tei @ Holland Village.

This time we sat at the conveyer belt.

We love pickle ginger, actually half of us like it, the other half don't.

First we grab the Edaname.

Jap Mini Octopus

Potato Salad

We ordered a plate of Ramen to share.

Salmon Skin Deep Fried. Love this!

Salmon Belly Sashimi. We were there at the right time. They were cutting around 9-10 huge salmon at that time.

Soft Shell Crab.

The following are assortment of sushi slices, rolls.

My fav! Unagi!

The post a bit long. Thanks for enjoying the celebration with us!

Suhsi Tei @ Holland Village reminds me of my school days. I went there for dinner after my examination with a nice friend.

I used to like pickle ginger (pinkginger) until recently I changed my mind due to some strange reasons.

I son't like Potato but I like potato salad a lot (japanese style only).

yum yum ... having farewell lunch for one of my staff... you inspired me to go for japanese food. :)

We have a similar sushi restaurant in NYC called EAST. My friend took me there for dinner once.

The food was not as good as a regular sushi restaurant but the conveyer belt thingy was fun.

The plates are priced based on the color of the plate it comes in. I think they range from $2.50 to $5.00 per plate.

It reminds me very much of dim-sum.
