Dark Chocolate - how many percent? 75%, 76%

This is actually a present from my colleague. Few days ago when I walked into the office, I saw a bag on my table. I looked in, yey! Dark Chocolates. (Thanks!)

Scrutinizing it, we realise that there's Belgian Chocs, Holland Chocs and Swiss Chocs!

The last few days we have been eating bit by bit of it. We because a few of us in the office also are dark choc fans. Some find the 75% too bitter, some says it is still sweet. You can just imagine our argument lah.

The other day, I saw in Fairprice Finest that there's one pack that has 98% cocoa. I should have bought it and have another 'discussion' in office! haha...

Do you like dark chocolates?

Haven't tried dark chocolate with more than 80%. But I like the ones with 76%. Not too sweet. :D

Dark chocolates are very nice especially with a cup of unsweetened coffee. Have you tried it? If you haven't, try it.

I like dark chocolates because it keeps me from eating a TON of them.

I'm not a fan of white chocolate though.

I can eat milk chocolate like it's crack cocaine.

Don't ever buy 98% dark to eat lah, quite horrible (this a perfect dark choc fan talkin',k?). Think it's more for baking.

Anything up to 85% should be still quite ok for pure nibbling. I think 75% is ok leh....can be higher.

there's the meiji black dark chocolate, it's 99% cocoa.

i like dark chocolate too, but i usually take about 50%, sometimes when i want to indulge then take the 76% ones. i tried lindt's 85% one but could stomach the bitterness. then i tried the meiji black 99%, cannot, really cannot. but it's nice if used as ingredient for something else, like baking or adding into hot chocolates or an extra flavouring.
