Da Jie Niang Dou Fu @ Clementi Ave 2

I was woken up at around 11AM by momo and sis if I wanted breakfast. OK. Sure why not? I wake up get stuff to eat. haha... They had eaten earlier at this new place they found after going for exercise. Da Jie Niang Dou Fu at Clementi Ave 2.

These are the photos from Momo. It's like a place where you can get different styles of Niang Dou Fu. There's Tom Yam, Laksa, Hakka, Ampang to choose from

This is Momo's Hakka Style.

Sis had the soup only version.

This is my tapow version. The kuey teow is a lump already because i took time to wake up when the food arrived.

This is the Ampang Version. Quite tasty. But they said, it was a tad expensive and want to go to NUS sometime to eat there. haha...

Have a meaningful Palm Sunday tomorrow.

Hi! Ampang style? hem... this is definitely not Ampang's style! You should perhaps visit Malaysia one day and try out the real Ampang Yong Tau Fu ! :) yummmmm

anon,

yes, this is Singapore Ampang. LOL. But it is quite tasty.

The Ampang style in KL is definitely different.

I like both Hakka and Ampang style. Hakka style good with Chor Bee Hoon :) ....I only tried the Hakka in Siglap area....think it's called Fook Lin or something.

Yeeee...the kway teow so lumpy!!! How to eat- knife and fork? :P

tigerfish,

it comes with a pack of soup as well. so when the soup is mixed with the kway teow, it magically 'unlump' it self. haha....

Hey KPM do you remember this YTF stall long time ago at the coffeeshop where the Clementi claypot rice is? It's gone and I'm trying to locate it. I remember it coz the chili is so nice!

Keropokman said...

Ice,
I asked a friend earlier today, he said he does not know where it moved to.

We only know where the Lor Mee beside the claypot rice moved to.

Oh dear, nevermind thanks anyway! The YTF at Clementi Central is nice too!
