Commonwealth Crescant Fei Zai Eatery @ Holland Village Food Centre

This is my colleague, Wire's recommendation. He seems to like the Braised Beef Noodles at this stall at the Holland Village Food Centre.

So, we took a quick bus ride to have this. All five of us at the same thing. 3 with noodles, and 2 with kuey teow.

It seems that eateries with the name "Fei Zai" always do better? LOL...

Beef was tender and there is at least one piece with beef fats for those who like it.

Braised Beef Noodles

I had the kuey teow version. It's not very salty. (for my bowl) So I thought it was kind of a healthy dish.

Braised Beef Kuey Teow

It's food centre pricing. $4.

The kuey teow version looks nicer than the noodles version.

Beef fats? Yummy, but it sure can't beat lard in my books... ;)

zs, izit ah? you nell say so earlier. hehe...

LFB,
Fried lard's nicer than beef fats. You don't see delicious hokkien mee with beef fats. LOL...

Anon,
But I think Kuey Teow version not as salty. Kuey teow stuff usually need more seasoning I think.
