Ghee Leong: Traditional Bakery (Part 2)

Continuation from yesterday's post.

They also produce French Sticks. They are being fermented.



Look at this old old machine used to slice bread!



The men at work! That oven in the wall is supposedly very very old. Heard that this building is to be preserved as a heritage site. It's very very hot!



See the huge bread/buns that was in the above picture? We were there till they brought it out to the racks. Just beside the traditional black crusted bread.



A close up for you to see. You feel like having some of the bread now?

Alamak, how come all the workers "boh cheng sar"? (no wear clothes)...dunno any special ingredients go into the loti ...muahahahaha!
