Sounds like the one located at the uppermost floor in Holland V Shopping Center?
I vote for the cafe. Nobody wants to eat and sweat outside in the Terrace.
Not the Cricket Club on the Padang ah? Or the other club at the opposite end of the Padang, can't remember the name now.
