This was dinner that I had with Momo and her parents. It was at Tung Lok Seafood at Upper Jurong Road.
Yet another Yu Sheng on this blog. LOL. Quite delicious and has a fanciful name too!
Bountiful Harvest Salmon Yu Sheng.
"Tan Jia" Style Fish Maw Bisque.
What is Tan Jia? I have no idea ;-)
But it's delicious and has lots of ingredients.
Steamed Sea Perch with Minced Garlic and Preserved Vegetables.
If you are a fish lover, you should try this perch. So soft and it taste so good.
This is Pan Fried Pork Ribs with Lemongrass.
It is so fragrant and the pork ribs are huge.
The vegetable dish: Fried Kailan with garlic.
The bisque, perch and pork ribs are individual servings, ie, each of us got a bowl/plate of it.
Yummy!

Wow, I would love to sink my teeth into that pork rib :-)
That must be the highest mounted yee sang I've seen in awhile, hehe. Who knows? Next year, they might promote the Mount Everest Yee Sang... kiasu ma... ;)
