Hoshi Japanese Restaurant @ IMM

Last Sunday, our cousin wanted to have Teppanyaki. We were at IMM and our cousin knew where she wanted to eat.

While looking at the Teppanyaki menu, we realise it is more worth it to have the Ala Carte Buffet. The Ala Carte buffet includes Teppanyaki dishes too. ;-)

Here's Part I of what we ate:
The Sashimi Platter. Had a few platters of these. We ordered two person's serving to try if it's nice first. It came out quite fresh, so we ordered the two other person's share.



The Stir Fried Buta (Pork). It was very fragrant and delicious.



We had the beef version of it too.



We also shared the Saba too. It was not that fishy. (for the day we ate it).
Nice to eat it while it's hot.



Like many buffet places nowdays, there are many items that is 'one order' only. This teriyaki cod's one of them. Oh the Mix Sashimi platter is 'one order' too. But you can order as much Salmon and Tuna though.



This is the very salty chicken wings. It's chicken wings deep fried and sprinkled with salt. Salt lovers will like it.

I am not a fan of soft shell crab, so I only smell it and did not eat it. LOL...



There's quite a lot of things to eat. Will post the rest tomorrow.
