Beef Bourguignon

Last Saturday, Momo spent more than half a day cooking Beef Bourguignon as a birthday treat.

She used the famous Julia Child recipe and even had to ask TheHungryCow the wine expert to get her the red wine to use. As not all the ingredients were available at the supermarket that Momo bought the ingredients, there was some improvisation.

Quite good for a first try. It was very delicious too.
Since it's eaten at home, so we did not bother about decorating or plating it professionally. ;-)

Thanks Momo for all the hard work!

Looks delicious!! You lucky, you!

Moo no expert lah. Just saved her the trouble of sourcing for and getting the wine. :)

Looks really really nice and home-made. Are those white little balls onions?
