Sin Chew Satay Bee Hoon @ Bukit Timah Food Centre

This Satay Bee Hoon stall at Bukit Timah Food Centre almost always have a snaking queue. Why? People just love it. Me included. Maybe it's the Satay sauce that covers it?

Decided to ruffle it a bit, so that you can see the bee hoon below. I think the texture of the bee hoon's nice, that's why I like it.

Well if you wanna try it, watch the opening hours. They don't open on Mondays and Tuesdays.
On Wednesdays to Friday, they only open in the evening.

The best time is to go during the weekends, like what I did.

Hey, i live around that place for so many many years and this satay bee hoon dished is my favorite in that Bukit Timah food court. Confirmed that it is one of the best i have tasted (the other one being in the East Coast food centre) and most others by the queues it generated all the time.

Nice pics! It make me want to have this dish tonight...

Cheers

The queue at this stall is long, but at least it moves super quickly. We always tar pau from this stall for supper - it's comfort food :)

Wow, they must be doing well to afford to have such short operating hours! The satay beehoon looks absolutely mouth-watering!

mama bok,
You can make some too right? import satay sauce from Singapore. hehe..

Ming,
Did you have it that night? hehe...

Southernoise,
To go with your beer next to this stall right? LOL

Lunch is Served!
Ya, it's comfort food.

When one's grumpy, satay sauce soothes the soul!

AromaCookery,
I think it takes lots of energy and effort to make it. That's why they got to rest a lot.

Ya, I think they must earn lots!
